The area of Family/Domestic Law can encompass the following areas: divorce, child custody and/or visitation; child support; property division; modification of support, custody, and/or visitation; adoption; prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; Emergency Protective Orders (EPOs) and Domestic Violence Orders (DVOs). Shannon Sexton offers unique experience in regards to this area of the law. As a law student at the University of Kentucky College of Law, Shannon Sexton studied Family Law under Professor Louise E. Graham, co-author of Kentucky Practice, Domestic Relations Law, arguably the most authoritative treatise written on Kentucky Family Law. In short, Mr. Sexton studied under the professor who wrote the book on Kentucky Family Law. Shannon Sexton is also a published author in the area of Family/Domestic Law, having been published in the Kentucky Law Journal on the subject of Family Law.
